Our Lease Program for Teens and Tweens
At Bartramstown Stables, our Lease Program for Teens and Tweens provides all the experience of owning a pony—without the full responsibility. Riders enjoy twice-weekly access for dedicated riding days, grooming, and bonding, while receiving semi-supervised guidance to help them grow in confidence and skills. This hands-on program offers young riders the opportunity to experience pony care and riding in a supportive environment, making it the perfect next step for those ready to advance.
Compete
Our 1/4 Lease Program offers the same opportunities as horse ownership. Riders can now enter shows, compete in interschools, complete Pony Club tests to earn badges, and even organize beach or forest hacks with others from the yard. This program gives you full access to equestrian experiences like competitions, social rides, and skill development, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of horse ownership without the full-time responsibility.
Our Lease Program for Adults
Our Adult ease Program is perfect for adults who used to ride and are eager to get back in the saddle. With two weekday morning slots, you can enjoy flexible riding options—whether it's schooling in our arena, riding indoors, popping over jumps in the fields, or hacking on our quiet country roads. You can also join fellow riders from the yard for a relaxed morning hack and chat. It's the ideal way to reconnect with your love for horses in a low-pressure, supportive environment!
Clinics
At Bartramstown Stables, we offer a range of clinics, from introductory sessions for non-horsey parents on horse care basics to expert-led talks and demonstrations for more experienced equestrians. These clinics cover essential topics such as grooming, feeding, and stable management, as well as advanced techniques in riding and horse training.
